Thirteen ravens

Thirteen ravens in the dawn;

thirteen ravens sleep together now;

when the moonlight shines upon,

thirteen ravens arise...

When the blood the war has spent,

leaves the bodies on the battleground,

when the winds carry the scent,

thirteen ravens fly...

Thirteen ravens picking eyes

and their bloodlust will never cease.

And as long as people die,

thirteen ravens feast...

And when the smoke lifts and clears the view on a godforsaken place,

they dance

with the dead

in the skies...
